Adopting excitation technology, this product has major permeability and strong adhesion on thick plate lifting.
Because the elasticity increases with the length of steel plate, it may detach from the permanent-magnet crane. Therefore, if the deformation is too large, the absorbing area is less than four fifth of the effective working area of the permanent-magnet crane, or the material length is over 3m, the united hoisting should be applied. And single hoisting is not safe. That is, use a hoisting girder with proper length to comine more than two cranes and hoist and convey the long and wide steel plate with multi attachment points. The interval between cranes is not more than 3 meters. The width of the plate is less than 1.7 time of the length of permanent-magnet crane. The soft and long steel plate with the thickness less than 40mm should apply the multi united combination hoisting, the steel plate with the thickness more than 40mm should apply two united combination hoisting.

This process is convenient and safe if the proper measures are applied.
